So weist beispielsweise die extrem beliebte Nordmanntanne Pfahlwurzeln auf,
die tief ins Erdreich wachsen. Kaufen Sie einen Weihnachtsbaum, der grundsätzlich im
Topf aufgewachsen ist – meist ist das direkt
am Etikett erkennbar („Im Topf gewachsen”). Diese
Bäume sind zwar erheblich teurer, aber auch deutlich
widerstandsfähiger als die Exemplare, die auf dem Acker
wachsen. Die Freilandexemplare werden rechtzeitig vor der Saison hierbei Spaten ausgestochen und
in Töpfe gestopft; dabei leiden die Wurzeln dergestalt, dass sie nicht lange durchhalten.

kurz vor den Sommerferien unter einem “Lockdown”.
