cm-Abstände) Länge erhältlich. Besser wäre,
die Stockauswahl der individuellen Haltung anzupassen: Die Griffe der Stöcke sollten sich auf einer
Höhe mit den Händen befinden, wenn die Ellenbogen um 90° gebeugt werden. Bei
Einsteigern eignen sich auch kürzere Stöcke, da die Schrittlänge
anfangs, während des Erlernens der Technik, in Summe
kürzer ausfällt. Der Winkel zwischen Oberarm
und Unterarm sollte nicht kleiner als 90° sein;
die Oberarme sind dabei entspannt neben dem Oberkörper.
