دان لوپ (با بازی فرناندو ری) سرپرستی تریستانا (با بازی کاترین دنو) که بهتازگی یتیم شده را برعهده
میگیرد. او بادقت در تربیت او مراقبت میکند و در عین حال در شکوفایی او ایفای نقش
