است . امروزه با گسترش ارتباطات بین

سازنده ها از سلایق کاربران ویلاها شاهد ایجاد و شکل گیری ایده های مختلف در طراحی و اجرای ویلاها
هستیم. در ایران با گسترده شدن فضاهای متراکم
شهری و روند شهرنشینی و محدود بودن طراحی فضاهای مسکونی شهری،
ساخت ویلاها در مناطق ییلاقی و اطراف شهرها رشد بسیار بالایی دارد.
در دکوراسیون داخلی ویلا میتوان از نورپردازیها، دکوریها و بافتهای مختلف و متنوع استفاده کرد.
در انتخاب نوع پوشش سقف ویلا باید به عواملی مثل نصب آسان، مقاومت در برابر شرایط آب و
هوایی، مقاومت در برابر زلزله و آتشسوزی و زیبایی آن توجه کرد.

مسکونی ساخته میشود سازندگان
