Dazu ist der Fensterflügel zusätzlich mit Dichtungen aus Gummi versehen. Er fügt sich
perfekt in die Öffnung des Blendrahmens ein und sorgt damit für
einen festen und dichten Verschluss des
Fensters. Bei den Fensterrahmen ist zu beobachte, dass
die modernen Elemente heute etwas dicker sind als noch vor einigen Jahrzehnten. Der Herrühren von einfach:
Bestanden die Fenster in früheren Zeiten aus einer einzelnen Glasscheibe, kombinieren sie heute mehrere Scheiben zu Verbundmaterialien. Sie müssen flexibel auskommen mit, um sich gut zu Fenstern in verschiedenen Formen verarbeiten zu lassen. Die Zwischenräume sind mit isolierenden Gasen gefüllt,
