After my hands are dry, I take the paper towel to turn off the faucet and discard the paper towel. I sing the birthday song twice. My handwashing technique takes about 20 seconds to complete.
Note: If you do not have access to water/handsoap, try to use handsanitizer. Make sure the hand sanitizer is an alcohol based sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol and then wash your hand with good handwashing techniques with soap and water as soon as you have a chance.
