Shopping for organic, natural and/or gluten free foods is so very important to me–I love it! Every two weeks I make it a point (on paydays) to purchase these types of foods not only for overall health and wellness, but also for the environment. My health is my wealth, and I have chosen to eat clean foods in order to take great care of myself and my family.

Since I started trying to lose weight (to get my blood pressure under control) at the beginning of the year, natural foods are almost all I buy. We have a Whole Foods opening near me soon and I am super excited. Thanks for the contest!

I shop every three weeks for natural fruits, vegetables and meats. My mother works at UNFI in Atlanta (United Natural Foods Inc) and I am blessed that she constantly provides my boys and me with supplies from there. Cereal, Toothpaste, Dish Soap, Detergents, etc so I mainly only focus on fresh natural groceries 🙂

I shop weekly for natural foods at Aldis

I shop for organic and natural foods just about exclusively. A Whole Foods Market opened up a block from me, and I stop there all the time. I’ve learned quite a bit and have sampled produce and products new to me. I can’t afford much, so I have to do a lot of “window” shopping, I would luv this! No Sprouts stores in my area.

I buy organic when I can get a good deal and it seems like I’ve started using more and more gluten free products not because I have to but because I’m finding I like a lot of the products and I’m finding good deals out there.

I shop organic every week. It is the only foods I buy due to diet and allergy restrictions. I can not have nuts, corn, wheat, potatoes, rice, soy, onions, celery and carrots. All my meat has to be grass fed, no hormones or antibiotics added.
Chereese Young says
I buy gluten-free and organic food some time because food can be so expensive. I like to eat clean and for health reason I sacrifice to buy natural food.
