Let’s just face it, a lot of people are anxious about the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID_19) including those parents who have smaller kids. Here are 3 ways that I am currently using to protect myself that you may consider if you are not already using some type of method.
* Washing my hands often after contact with any items in the public setting, sneezing, coughing or blowing my nose. The steps that I take in washing my hands are similar to those a surgeon will use before performing surgery (I was taught handwashing techniques like this in nursing school). I let turn on the water and allow the water to run first and then lather either with soap or antibacterial soap. I rub the palms of my hands together in a circular motion, then right palm over the back of the left hand with my fingers interlaced and then I switch hands, palm to palm with my fingers interlaced with each other, back of fingers in the opposite direction, rotate the rubbing of my thumbs of each hand, rotational rubbing with backward and forward clasped fingers and then I rinse my hands with water, the water is still running then I grab my paper towel to dry my hands. After my hands are dry, I take the paper towel to turn off the faucet and discard the paper towel. I sing the birthday song twice. My handwashing technique takes about 20 seconds to complete.
Note: If you do not have access to water/handsoap, try to use handsanitizer. Make sure the hand sanitizer is an alcohol based sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol and then wash your hand with good handwashing techniques with soap and water as soon as you have a chance.

It has resulted from millenniums of compression of decomposing natural materials
in the same means that different fossil fuels had been created.
The identical impact occurring over our bodies of salt water is termed ocean-impact or bay-impact snow.
Within the United States, a blizzard occurs when two conditions
are met for a interval of three hours or extra:
a sustained wind or frequent gusts to 35 miles per hour (sixteen m/s), and enough snow within the air to reduce visibility to lower than 0.4 kilometers (0.25 mi).
After deposition, snow progresses on one in all two paths that
decide its destiny, both by ablation (mostly by
melting) from a snow fall or seasonal snowpack, or by transitioning from firn (multi-yr
snow) into glacier ice. Starting as a powdery deposition, snow becomes extra granular when it begins to compact below
its own weight, be blown by the wind, sinter particles collectively and start the cycle of melting and refreezing.
The cities (more than 100,000 inhabitants) with the highest annual snowfall are Aomori (792 cm), Sapporo (485
cm) and Toyama (363 cm) in Japan, adopted by St.
John’s (332 cm) and Quebec Metropolis (315 cm) in Canada.
Highest seasonal complete snowfall – The world report for the best seasonal total snowfall was measured within the United
States at Mt. Baker Ski Space, outdoors of the city of Bellingham, Washington in the
course of the 1998-1999 season.
