I am plus size so I like to shop at places like lane bryant and deb's. Other stores plus sizes tend to run on the small size.
My favorite department to shop in for winter clothes is the kids department in Macys. Their clothes are great quality & name brands & they have a lot of awesome sales & deals.

I grew up as a fan of Mervyn's and JC Penny's, but I am rather attached to Kohl's now. I just remind myself that I never have to pay full price because they're always running amazing sales, and I don't feel the need to shop anywhere else.
