As of 3/1/2016, Target will now have some mobile (manufacture) coupons available right in your Target Cartwheel app (both on their site and in their app). Be sure to go here to view their current coupon policy and print a copy for your own binders. You will still be able to use your printed Target Coupons from their website along with stacking manufacture and Target Cartwheel offers.
Keep in mind that there is a limit of 4 Target Cartwheel offers per transaction and up to 6 times these can be used per day. You are still able to save quite a bit of money but will now be able to see some coupons available in your Target Cartwheel app.
The digital manufacture coupon that you may see in your Target Cartwheel app is for a one time use and will come off immediately after it use at checkout. Just be sure to add it to your list just like you would a Target Cartwheel savings. So let me give you an example on how you can use the mobile coupon if you see it in your app. Note: If there are any changes to this, I will update this blog post.
Example:
Let’s say you want to purchase 4 bottles of Tide detergent but have 4 manufacture coupons + a Target Save 5% off Target Cartwheel app savings to use in Target that are clipped and ready to use and a Target mobile Tide manufacture coupon.
You will be able to only use 3 of your paper coupons and the 1 mobile manufacture coupon that you may see with the Tide. Keep in mind that you are only able to use 4 manufacture coupons per day/per household/per transaction along with 4 Target Cartwheel offers per transaction.
Note: If you don’t want to use the coupon – don’t add it just like you would any other mobile ecoupons.
