SSFAM weekly meals! Week #1

Need help with planning your weekly meals plus save time preparing? I thought that I would share with you my plans for this week. I usually create what I will have on Sundays for the upcoming week.  I place my menu on my weekly menu board so everyone will be able to see it. Sometimes Sundays are the days I cook for Monday and Tuesday to save time during the week.  Check out my weekly plans this week! I would love to hear what you are planning for your family.

Monday
Manwich sandwich ~ using Manwich sloppy joe sauce {Can you believe this was the very first coupon I used when I was younger?}

    I have it easy in the kitchen this week, last week I made a pot of soup beans and chili and froze in individual containers, a couple weeks ago I made a meatloaf and froze half before cooking so it just needs to be popped in the oven.

    Monday: beans and cornbread
    Tuesday: chili w/ crackers and or peanut butter sandwich
    Wednesday: chili dogs w/ onions and cheese
    Thursday: left over beans soup/chili
    Friday: meatloaf, mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
    Saturday: potluck with boyfriends family.

    I'm making this recipe I found on a Paleo site. It is sooo easy and yummy! You put chicken or a roast in the crock pot with one jar of pepperocini's-juice and peppers. Cook on high 4 hours. DELISH!
