1.  Sign up for the Kroger Plus Card.
— 2.
Check for online Kroger Coupons at their website.
— 3.  Look for in-store Close out items on special
clearances {these are unannounced}.  Usually the sales tag is white and
mentions the words “closeout.”
— 4.  Check their manager clearance sections in the
store {ask the cashier if you do not see it}
— 5.  Sign up for their email.  You will get special coupons in the mail and
email. 
 6.  Look for special meat manager specials –
clearance items.
— 7.  Look for special Kroger coupons in-store on
certain Kroger displays.
— 8.  Shop their 3 day sales. {I once bought 10
Butterball Turkey Bacon packs for $1.00/each after using coupons} during their
3 day sale. The original price was $2.99. 
— 9.  Sometimes you are able to sample certain
products before purchasing.
— 10. Use
your Kroger Card when purchasing gas at Kroger or Shell Gas Stations. You can
save $0.10/gallon. {I do this all the time -double your savings}
— 11.  When sampling products in the store, ask for a
coupon. Chances are you may get several coupons.
— 12. Know
friends that shop at Kroger, consider Kroger coupon swapping.

often do you shop at Kroger?  If you
don’t have a Kroger in your area, what is your favorite grocery store?  Are you aware that Kroger has family stores?

    We shop at Fred Meyer's quite a bit. Except for now, our local store is remodeling and they really don't have much in stock. I will be so glad when it is done!!

    I shop at Kroger as much as possible. I love that my coupons double and triple. I am aware that Kroger has family stores. I think I actually drove by one while on vacation in Virginia.

    I shop at Kroger usually once a week. I did not know that they had family stores. I have signed up online however I have never received coupons from them in the mail. Do you know how I Can fix that? I looked at my settings with my account and it looks like everything is correct.

    I shop at Fred Meyer and QFC, both Kroger stores. I probably go to both stores one to two times a week. I belong to both of their shoppers card programs and am on their email list. I like the selection at Fred Meyer better. Sometimes QFC will have some great deals. QFC is just starting to get more competitive in their prices.

    I loved Kroger when I lived in Georgia. Right now I only have the 2 locally owned chains to shop at and I miss some great deals this way. They have no competition from Safeway, Albertsons, Kroger, or any other brand grocery stores. We shop at Hy-Vee and Sunshine, both of which are good and I can do well with coupons, just not as well as I see online with Kroger and a couple of others.

    I live in a rural area and the closest grocery is 25 miles in three different directions, kroger is one of my favorites and one I shop at regularly. I look forward to the coupons that they mail to me and once in a while they include a couple free product ones.

    Kroger is one of my favorite stores, I shop there about twice a month. I love their Manager's Specials and Clearance items!

    I never shop at Kroger. There isn't one close to my house, so I shop at Meijer. It sounds like I should consider shopping there!
