of the day: How can I help the military
with coupons?
Are you
aware that each year millions of coupons go unused because people are unaware
that they can donate them to military families? They can use them for up
to 1 year on their military base and commissaries abroad. If you have
manufacture coupons that have recently expired, you are able to extend your
donating services by giving these coupons to the military families who are in
need. Be sure the coupon is a Manufacture and not a store, pharmacy or
restaurant coupon.

The best that I have learned from couponing is that you can make it on a small budget and a lot of coupons. Also, I loved learning about how to stack my coupons to strech my money.

I became aware of the option to donate unused or expired coupons to the military almost a year ago. My couponing group has a lady who gets the coupons and sends them off to the military every so often. I think its great that we can send them a big box of coupons.
ATLanta Saving Moms says
Wonderful Brittany and I am glad to know that you are sending off the expired coupons to the military. 🙂
Val J says
Ok, I am truly in awe of today's topic. Thank you so much for including this. Even if I take this class and never do another thing with it, I can now send all my coupons to the military to help them. This is a great idea not only for expired coupons, but ones that come in the sunday paper that I will never use.
ATLanta Saving Moms says
Thanks Val for the comments and you are very welcome. 🙂
brenda says
That they can save you a lot of money if you get yourself organized right.

For me the most interesting point I have learned so far is Day 3: *Coupon Organization – How to organize your coupons.
I liked learning how you keep yours organized and how you use both a binder and a coupon clutch. It depends on what kind of shopping trip you are making.
I already knew you could donate expired coupons to military families. Now I have a contact to send them to. Thanks!
ATLanta Saving Moms says
