Using coupons when grocery shopping can be rewarding. You can lower your savings at the cash register when you use coupons. There are coupons in many different places in the grocery store. Be sure to check the aisles for coupons on tear pads and sometimes you will find them on food product. I have even found them on sample product stands. If you have never used coupons at the grocery store, consider taking 1-5 coupons with you the next time you go. Be sure to read the coupons first to make sure you understand how to use them. This is extremely important. When in doubt, be sure to go to customer service and speak with a manager if the cashier is not able to help you. On September 17, 2013 we will cover how to save using your Grocery store sales ad. Don’t miss it!

I rarely don't use coupons when shopping for groceries I try to stock up on basics when I can find them at a great price so my weekly trips are for things like meat, veggies and dairy products. My favorite grocery store is Harris Teeter just because of the great deals you can get when you use coupons. I also love it when they have special weeks like this week and triple coupons .99 and under.

I use coupons weekly at grocery stores. Publix on their bogo's and at Kroger because their prices are lower on some things. I have never couponed at a drug store because a lot of times they give you cash to their store and say you can use a coupon making the purchase free. To me the purchase isn't free if I don't go out of my way to shop there and a lot of times their prices are higher.

If you are really having to travel very far to drugstores that may not be cost effective even though item may be FREE. I love getting great deals from drugstores and grocery stores that are close to me. 🙂
