I am an early riser! I have been this way all my life and some mornings, I do get the chance to sleep in late.
Most of the times when I do wake up early, I like breakfast that is quick, easy and doesn’t cost me a lot of money. Being a busy mom with children, I am always searching for ways to reduce my time in the kitchen on work days.
One of my favorites is the Yogurt Parfait filled with some of my favorite fruits plus granola form Publix for only $2.99. I really don’t have to do anything but grab a spoon and mix up all the fruit with the yogurt and add my granola mix inside the container. I usually purchase a few of them with any overages that I gain on other items or when they have FREE Publix gift card promotions.
