We all have many places and errands to go and as a mom I am always on the go! It requires gas to many places. I love to take road trips but the increasing cost of gas can damper any one. I have put together 7 cost efficient ways to save on the high gas prices.
1. Sign up for your local Kroger card and build points for gas fuel savings. You can save $0.10/gallon.
2. Get a gas card. You may consider a gift card or asking others when they give you gifts, to purchase a gas card for your favorite gas station.
3. Don’t drive so fast! Driving slower may reduce the fuel consumed by your vehicle.
4. Turn off your air conditioner (unless you are in a very hot climate).
5. Check for shorter routes to your destination. If it is work, consider car pooling a few times a week.
6. Get those maintenance tune ups. Replacing the air filters may keep the gas oil mixture correct for your vehicle. Be sure to ask your mechanic, how often your filter needs to be changed.
7. Keep your tires balanced. This will keep the amount of friction of your vehicles tired to the road.
Have a great Tuesday!

What a great idea! My SUV is not good on gas. But I think I follow these so at least I am getting the most out of it I can!
