Breast Cancer Awareness Coupon Binder Event!

Were you aware that October is Breast Cancer Awareness month?

In honor of all those who have lost their battle with Cancer including my grandmother, I thought I would make this event really special for others who are in support of the cause.  My grandmother used to save on her groceries by growing her own food in her garden.  I learned so much from her when I was young and can still see the figs growing on the fig trees.  This celebration is one you don’t want to miss out on.  The gifts and coupon binder is super special!

September’s Coupon Binder Extravaganza kicked off  with a bang and keep in mind that the Coupon Binder Extravaganza event will take

have personally saved over $3000 this year alone through the use coupons and great savings on groceries, clothing and other
items including vehicle repairs and maintenance. I have used some of the saved cash to provide donations and support to others.

You would be surprised
at all of the money you could save each month on groceries if you just
spent 1 hour preparing for your grocery shopping.  Sometimes, there are
great sales that you can find and with the right coupon, you can
sometimes get an item for FREE! Yes, FREE!

Now, on to the giveaway! Be sure to look at all the spectacular prizes

No one has been affected by cancer close to me, I've been very lucky to have everyone I know and love to be healthy and cancer free.

Oh how happy i am and the family that she had the opportunity to have arrived at the day she would have her sweet fifteen party.. And Luke i said this year she made it to graduating…

I don't know anyone personally that has had breast cancer but there has been many other types in my family. My mother died at 52 from lung cancer, my aunt from stomach cancer, and my exhusband just passed from colon cancer. My stepfather has survived bladder and colon cancer. It is a very ugly disease and I pray for the day when we can overcome it.

I have always used coupons but have started to get very serious about it in the last six months due to necessity. I am getting better at it as time passes and it helps me out tremendously. I haven't gotten as good as some people who barely pay anything but I did have forty dollars in coupons last month on my shopping trip which I thought was awesome. I am sure that I will improve with time and awesome blogs like yours.

I am just starting to coupon again after a 1 year break. I lived off of my stock for this past year and now it is time to stock back up. The most I saved was 100%. I bought over $700 (7 buggies full) of groceries from Kroger. The store ended up paying me 13 cents by the time I was finished.

I had a great aunt who had breast cancer and it metastasized and ended up in her bones and organs and this was long after she had a lumpectomy and a double mastectomy to prevent it from spreading. This is a vicious disease but totally curable if caught in enough time, yet sadly many women do not. I would love to see something put in to place to offer women who have a higher cancer risk who can't afford insurance or doctor's costs so that they may start getting mammograms and paps done prior to age 45 (which is the current age that most state run health checks are free for women). Usually by that age those who are at higher risk are already affected by some form of cancer.

My great grandmother died of Breast Cancer. I met her only a few times because we live in NY and she lived in PA, but she was a sweet lady. Did everything for everyone else and never put herself first. I do the Relay for life and Making Strides for Breast Cancer Walk every year now.

Fairly new to couponing, I do bargain shop and price match at some stores, but my problem is that most of the items I find coupons for are not items I normally use. I generally buy generic items but if I can learn how to get named brand for cheaper than generic and still get the items I would actually use, I would be stoked!

I have really started to pay attention to coupons in the last 3 or 4 months. I don't recall my highest savings figure, but I have been averaging $15 savings per $100 at the grocery store. I find myself searching for coupons whenever I run out of something, "I need Tide, where's my coupon!?"

I've been couponing for awhile now, maybe a few years. I started because our household'd income was greatly reduced and groceries were just so expensive, and we weren't getting nearly as food as we needed. Since I've started, our grocery bill is less than half of what it used to be (a saving of approximately $300 a month) and the most I've ever saved at one time was when I got $400 worth of groceries for $30.
