Taking care of your skin is definitely important. With the summer almost here, you need a great way to protect your skin from dangerous sun temperatures. Here are a few great ways to get you started on your way to great skin care.
1. Cleanse – Find a great skin cleanser to clean your skin well. If you have sensitive skin, be sure to use a sensitive skin cleanser. You can always find skin cleansers at your local drug store. Consider washing your face only once a day preferably at night before going to bed.
2. Exfoliate – Some people skip this step but it is very important. Consider exfoliating your skin every week. It will help your skin to look more youthful.
3. Moisturize – After cleansing your skin, it may lack moisture. Especially if it feels tight (smile). Be sure to find a great moisturizer or a cleansing bar with moisture.
4. Protect – If you are heading out in the sun, be sure you use a sunscreen with at least 30 SPF. There is no need to use the sunscreen at night before going to bed.
