Walgreen’s Balance Rewards Program has made some changes that started on 4/24/16. The changes are designed to benefit the loyal Walgreen’s shoppers like myself.
You will be able to use your BRPs to pay on products where you are suppose to earn BRPs. In the past when you paid on products where you were suppose to earn BRPs but if you used your current BRPs to pay you did not receive any new BRPs.
However, if there is product that you are purchasing where you have to reach a specific amount (Purchase $25 worth of P&G products and earn 5000 points) if you pay using points you would not receive the entire 5000 points because only $20 would count towards the deal. This also applies to the everyday points promotion.
With the everyday points, you earn 10 points for every dollar that you spend.
