Crunchy Onion Chicken
2 cups (4oz) French’s French Fried Onions
2 tbsp. Flour
4 (5 oz) boneless chicken breasts
1 egg beaten
Directions:
Crush French Fried Onions with flour in plastic bag.
Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.
Bake at 400 (F) for 20 minutes or 160 (F) internal temperature.
