My grandmother LOVED magnolias! Anytime I see a magnolia I think of her. My inlaws have a huge magnolia tree in their backyard and whenever I go in their backyard I like to go and sit under the tree and think of her and all that she taught me.

My Grandmothers Favorite Flower Was Wildflowers And My Mothers Was Lily's. My Grandmother When She Passed Wanted To Be Buried In A Place Where The Wildflowers Would Grow Over Her SO My Grandfather Had Her Placed In The Family Plot Near The Wildflowers And Had More Planed So During The Summer They Would Grow Over Her They Both Are Buried Next To Each Other. MY Mother Also Has Lily's Planted Over Her To Grow Each Year. I Miss Them All But I Miss My Mother More.

My mom always loved any purple flowers. She even sent ME purple roses one time for my birthday because roses are my favorite and she knew I disliked pink so she combined her favorite and my favorite. 🙂 Now I have tattoos for her in purple roses. So I could say purple roses, but really any purple flower!
