As an avid blogger, I found out recently that Google will not be using Feedburner starting in October 20, 2012! What surprise it was for me to see today that my Feedburner was showing a “0” for subscribers. I had recently started to use MadMimi for my special emails and updates but I now I will start to use them for my RSS feed. I do enjoy their services and they have excellent customer support including online chat.
Here are some steps to help you with downloading your subscribers:
1. Log into Feedburner
2. Go to your Feed.
3. Click the publicize tab.
4. Go to the left side column and click “Email Subscriptions.”
5. Go down to the bottom of the page and look for the total subscriber number.
6. Click View Subscriber
7. {Last step} Export the CSV file. This file is in an Excel spreadsheet format and you can save it to your computers hard drive.
Extra tips:
*Be sure to update your readers who subscribe to your blog.
*Save your subscribers!

I heard about Google doing away with Feedburner today, but I haven't addressed the issue yet. Thank-you so much for sharing this!

I had no idea that Google is getting rid of Feedburner in October. That is really terrible and honestly, I am pissed! I have heard a lot about Mad Mimi, as well as a few other services. Looks like I get to spend some time researching pricing for email marketing!
