As an avid blogger, I have learned many ways to bring great content to my audience. I love sharing great tips to other bloggers and today is Blogger Resource Friday and here are 3 great ways to try and make your blog work for you!
*1 – Network! Network! Network!!!! You need to connect with other people. I feel that connecting with other bloggers in this industry is the most important. I have developed some great relationships with other bloggers online and offline. Research some of the great blogger conferences and plan to attend at least one per year. Heck, we may even go together ( just let me know, so I can check my schedule). There are some great conferences like Blog Her, Blog Conference Newbie,and Blissdom.
*2 – Set aside time to create content for your blog. I have a scheduled listed on SimpleSavingsForATLMoms.com located on the right hand side bar. I have found that creating a schedule works best for me, especially since I love planning my tasks.
*3 – Picture this! Create or find wonderful pictures to include in your postings and give credit where credit is due. iStockphoto.com has some really great photos and so does Microsoft office clip art.
