The
Brother line of the HL printers offer an inexpensive and efficient
solution to everyday printing. I own the HLL2300D and a HL-227ODW and
use one at work and one at home. The printers come packaged very well
with clear instructions detailing how to get your printer up and
running. The print speed is fast enough and the automatic double-sided
printing is a huge bonus. The toner cartridge is cheap to replace and
installs with a snap. The footprint of the printer is also very small
so it takes up less desk space.

bought the first one for myself, but when my children went to college,
