I always shop in store for Mother’s Day because I like seeing/handling the item before purchasing.
We shop in store for a card and spend Mother’s Day having a family cookout and playing outdoor games, the memories we make each year are way better than any money spent on gifts.

Thanks Q for this opportunity! Each year I draft a list of mothers I know (young & old), I create gift baskets/boxes for each of them by deriving items from my stockpile. It’s such a blessing to give to others. I like to “look” on line sometimes to get a heads up as to what I am looking for when I shop “in-store”. I sometimes order online and pick up in store. I like to shop in store, or at yard sales/flea markets. You can find more unique gifts and see what you are getting, and can usually get a better deal.

Both of our mothers live out of state and it’s a lot easier to order online and have them ship their gift directly to them.

Since I love very unique and personalize items I may purchase one gift online and then my other purchase are made in store. I’m always looking for the best deals and of course any coupons that could be used towards purchases. Groupon,gift cards, and baskets full of there favorites are the always the best!!!

It really depends on what it is I’m looking for. If it something I won’t have trouble finding, then I’ll go to the store. If it’s something that maybe discontinued, or I may come across something I know isn’t sold in stores, then of course online. I prefer online, because I know depending on what it is hasn’t been tired on , stepped on, worn or used. Gotta make sure it’s special for Mom!!

Mother’s Day can be a bit emotional for me being my mom lives up north and I live here in GA. I would typically go into the retail stores to purchase her gift but being we do not live next door to each other I turned to online shopping.

For Mother’s Day, I shop online. I shop online because my mother and MIL live in Georgia and California respectively and I live in Tennessee. It’s easier for me to choose gifts for them online and have the gifts shipped directly to them.
On Mother’s Day I live to go shopping for my Mom to get the right gift for my mom. I always try and get her things that she would always treasure and remember. I try and find the best deals and still end up with great gifts.
I am always on the hunt for the perfect gift and perfect deal, so whether it’s in store or online, it doesn’t really matter. Finding the right gift for my mom and mother in law is something I feel takes a mixture of time and patience. This year I found their gifts online at coach.com and can’t wait to hear how they like them. It shouldn’t matter where you find it, as long as whatever it is comes from the heart.

For Mothers Day I usually like to go in stores to shop to make sure I get a gift that really represents the mom I’m shopping for. For my best friend who is many miles away I usually send her edible arrangements or flowers ordered online. Retail stores are the best for my last minute behind!!! lol Happy Mothers Day

I try to take advantage of gift card deals that give you something in return for the purchase of the gift card, like an additional gift card or a free item. We give it all to my mom so it gives her more gifts and is more savings. It h lips to stretch our dollars and everyone is happy in the end!

Before my mom passed away, I shopped in retail stores, as online shopping wasn’t as popular then. These days, I don’t do any shopping at all for Mother’s Day.
