52 Week Money Saving Challenge is here at Simple Savings For ATL Moms! I have heard your 2014 New Year’s Resolutions from all across my social networks and email and here is one way this year you can get started on your goals for 2014 financially. I personally love this challenge and will be participating to help show you another great way that you can save money! Download the SSFAM 52 Week Money Challenge Chart now. Each week, you will find a tip that I will share that you can use to help you save the required weekly amount. If you find another creative way, be sure to stop on by my comments and let us all know. I am joining Double Savings Divas in their challenge from a Frugal blog perspective. You should all remember them from Extreme Couponing. If you are a frugal blogger and want to join in, come on and be sure to let all of your fans know.
What to do: Deposit
$1 into your savings account or envelope on week one of 2014, followed by $2 on week two,
$3 on week three, and so on, until you reach week fifty-two where you make your last
deposit of $52. Be sure to place a check mark in the correct column to keep track of your saving deposits. I will personally be using a recycled envelope and will take a picture each week to upload here so that you can see my savings grow. Your final balance at the end of the year should be $1,378. Itβs a
simple way to save almost $1,400 during the year. I will be taking my money to buy a Louis
Vuitton purse that I have been wanting now for a couple of years. What will you do with your savings?

I am going to start the 52 wk Money Saving Challenge. I use to spend over 100.00 a week on groceries and now under 50.00. I need to put some of the money I save into the Money Challenge. Maybe save for a nice trip.

I am definitely going on this challenge. I want to prove to myself that I can save and not touch it, plus I have a goal in mind. I want to have the money for Christmas and not have to stress about it, or if I win enough for Christmas throughout the year, then I will use it to go visit my niece and her family in Georgia for New Years 2015. I miss them so bad!
ATLanta Saving Moms says
Wonderful goals to strive for Terry. π Glad to have you on board.
