Online Coupon Class – Day #4 Where to find coupons?

Topic of the day:  Where
to find coupons and where can I use them?
Everywhere! Coupons are practically
everywhere and I love it when I find a great coupon.  You can also find
them in Sunday Newspaper inserts, stores in blinkies {small red machines
in the aisles of grocery stores}, on product items as “peelies” {you can peel
these right off the product and sometimes you can use them immediately at
checkout},  Friends, Neighbors, Peelies are also found on display boards
{can peel off the coupon and use immediately or on your next trip}, Facebook
{product company pages}, Ebay (be careful of fake coupons), Insert wholesalers,
In store sample displays, Sample products, online at grocery/product websites, store websites,
mail {Value Pak}, Catalinas-paper coupons printed when you check out at the
grocery store that you can use on the next grocery trip.  I have even
found some great coupons in magazines {Ebony, Better Homes & Garden, All
You- sold only in Walmart, Food magazines, etc.}.  Take a look around your environment to see where you
can find coupons.  You may just be surprised.

Where can I use coupons?
—
Basically, you can use coupons in a lot of
places.  Of course you can use them at
the grocery store but you can also use them at pharmacies, auto maintenance
shops, online shopping {coupon codes},
department stores such as
{Victoria Secret has their own coupons}; Bath and Body Works {use their
store coupon}, Bed, Bath & Beyond {use their store coupon}; Macy’s {use
their store coupon}, Toys ‘R’ Us, Babies ‘R’ Us, Electronic stores {Office
Depot, Staples, Best Buy}, Restaurants {eg. Steak and Shake, Burger King,
Checkers, Maggiano’s, Applebees, Church’s, Popeyes, Long John Silver, Olive
Garden, McDonalds, LongHorn Steakhouse, Chick-fil-A, TGI Fridays, Wendy’s,
etc}.

Quick Savings Tip!  If you use a gift card and a
coupon, you can save even more at the register.

  Happy Couponing,
   Quida

place you have found coupons?  Were there any area listed above that you
were not aware of?  What is the best source you use for obtaining your coupons?

I am signed up on several coupon-deal blogs….that has been the easiest way to find coupons. Plus sites like swagbucks and mypoints actually give you points for printing and using coupons from their site, so those are a win-win

I usually get online and newspaper coupons. I love getting Target Coupons in the mail, also ones from Victoria Secrets. They will usually send ones for free items! I usually read different blogs and follow people on twitter to see what upcoming sales are happening and what coupons should be used to get the best deal.

I get most of my coupons from the newspaper or the internet. I get 5 Sunday papers delivered, so I have multiple inserts. I have bought a few coupons on Ebay. I also use online coupon codes all the time.

I like the newspaper inserts and online printable coupons, also CVS sends an email frequently with either $3 off $15 or $4 off $20 which I combine with manufacturers coupons on sales items. I was not aware of buying coupons on ebay, although I knew about insert sellers.

I love the newspaper inserts too Kim and sometimes you can ask the stores if you come early before they send the Sunday newspapers back, if you can get the coupons out. I have done this a couple of time and stocked up on some great coupons! 🙂

I would never have thought to buy my coupons on ebay. Buying coupons seems to defeat the point of saving money. I use online codes all the time. I do an internet search for the store I am shopping at, including amazon.com to see if I can save more. Its the physical stores that I have a hard time remembering to use them.

      Hi Val,

Sometimes there are those who purchase coupons in bulk from ebay sellers. Set yourself some reminders to remember your coupons especially if you have something specific you are needing your savings to use towards! You can do it Val.

I think the best place is the newspaper or the internet. I do my grocery shopping at meijer and they have coupons that you can send to your phone and then use when you check out. As long as I remember to do it, it works out great! Currently I use the internet most often, but family members save me diapers coupons which has helped out a ton!

The best place to find coupons is the newspaper. I'm aware of all the area listed, but I'm not too familiar with how to get a hold of mall store coupons. The best source I use to obtain coupons is online websites.

Hi Brittany, I am glad to know you were aware of some of the great sources above. Also to get some of the mall store coupons, you can sign up for the emails from some of the mall stores or your favorite mall. 🙂
