Do you love children’s books? How often do you have story time for your children or grandchildren? I have another great sponsored giveaway today for the many parents who enjoy reading with their children or have their children read to them. There was such a great success from the previous children’s book giveaway from author Mary Lee, “When Grandma’s False Teeth Fly” that I have decided to provide my fans with another wonderful book of hers, “My Air Force Mom.”
About this book:
A winner in the Children’s Fiction Category of the 73rd Annual Writer’s Digest Writing Competition, ‘My Air Force Mom’ is unique. This book explores customs and courtesies of military culture through a child’s eyes.
Author Mary Lee takes your child along with her fictional character Susie on a journey of discovery. ‘My Air Force Mom’ shows children that the military offers careers to women as well as men. It gives military moms and dads a book to help their young children begin to understand military life. ‘My Air Force Mom’ gives civilian parents a tool to explain mysteries of military life to their children.
Where available?
It is on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million websites and book publisher tatepublishing.com/bookstore. The book is available (signed copies) at the Cotton Mill Exchange Gift Shop at the SC State Museum. It is available at Lexington county libraries.
