On vacation, I was surprised to learn that you can't pump your own gas in Oregon.

The last time I was surprised was a few months ago when my husband took me out to dinner and a movie just for the heck of it.
My mom is always sending nice little things or cards in the mail-nice surprises!

My last surprise was getting engaged!!! absolutely had no idea it was coming!
My last surprise was Saturday. My son gave me a beautiful bookmark at his wedding rehearsal dinner.
It's been a long while since I've been surprised, but I suppose it was when I got the lead in a production of footloose as Ariel Moore almost two years ago
