Hello everyone,
I am so excited there is now a new beef bacon that is now available ~ Schmacon. I have had such a lost of taste in quality bacon since I do not consume pork products. I am excited to be able to try the Schmacon Beef Bacon! It has several health benefits, low sodium, low cholesterol and low fat, 0 Trans Fat, 0 Carbs, Good protein source (Ding! Ding!) All of these are very important to me especially being a RN. I truly can think of all kinds of meal planning recipes that I can use the bacon in including summer party appetizers.
