Head to their website (BathandBodyworks.com). Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Contact us.” Then look on the right hand side for “More Contact Options.” Then click next to direct mail or email list updates on to the words “mailing address update form.”
There should be a page that opens up to complete. Make sure that you choose the “Topic” Mailing Address Add/Update. You can just type in any subject. I would type in something like “Coupons by mail.” For the request type, you can choose “add.” Then complete the rest of the form. In the question box, you may consider stating something like, “Please send me coupons by mail and email and thank you.”
Coupons are usually mailed within 60 – 90 days.
