Don't be too proud to ask for help! It is okay if you can't "do it all!"
Make sure you sleep when the baby sleeps or you will be dead on your feet.
Don't be shy about asking for help!! Many family members and friends would be thrilled to sit with the baby and let you get a nap in 🙂
Regular naps and early bedtime makes great kids

Follow your own common sense with baby. No need to do everything inlaws tell you!
this would be such a nice gift!
It will take some time to get use to there hours. Just be sure to sleep when they are. After a month or so they will sleep later.
Cherish them when they are little. They grow up so quickly.
Don't feel like you have to compete with every parent you know! Do what works for you!
Rest while the baby rests. Find time for each other as well. Hug and love on that baby all the time. Keep God in the child's life.
Enjoy every minute you have with them because they grow up too fast.
the best tip I can give is to have patience and lots of it
Well, I am pregnant with my first child right now, so I don't have any advice to give yet, but I have loved reading all of the ones above! One tip I keep hearing over and over is for me to get as much sleep as I can right now! lol
Remember the precious moments cuz by 14 your gonna need every last one of them!
Don't sweat the small stuff, and take tons of pictures. Time really does fly by so quickly.
Sleep when the baby sleeps
the two things I am so glad I got for my baby – a bouncy seat and a miracle blanket.
also, I have so many short sleeved onesies my baby never wore!
sleep when the baby sleeps 🙂
Don't overthink everything. Your instincts will guide you. Also don't be afraid to ask for help!
Sleep as much as possible before baby arrives!
My best tip is to not be afraid to put that baby in his/her car seat and take a NICE hot, relaxing well DESERVED bath. After having my second child i realized how much i missed out on making myself feel better early on because I felt like I was wrong to take a bath lol.
It is all about making memories. Be patient and enjoy these special moments, they do not last long.
To cherish every moment good and bad. Because they grown up too fast. Also as tempting as it may be to stay awake when they are sleep. Always try to sleep when they sleep!
i would tell them to get as much sleep as they can

Cherish every moment! It doesn't last forever and you will miss it when it's gone
Don't feel bad if you need a break, it's important for you to rest. Let the extra helping hands help while they're offering!
If the baby can't sleep put the carrier on top of a dryer & let it run awhile or turn on vacuum cleaner.
if your baby has cradle cap put some vaseline on head, it helps alot. and listen to all the other tips above, always except help from people who have children.
ALWAYS ACCEPT HELP!!!!
Always remember to take some time off for yourself!
don't worry – you were made to do this!
Everything you need to be a good parent is inside you and God will wake it up when this baby comes and just trust it. When that cough doesn't sound right or that food smells funny or you just don't like how someone is holding your baby; It is ok to listen to that alarm inside you.
Breath! Everything will be ok. Just take it one step at a time.
Breath! Everything will be ok. Just take it one step at a time.
Sleep when baby sleeps! Follow your natural instincts!
Sleep when the baby is sleeping!!
Sleep when you can you will need it
I'd say once you get through that first week, it's all up tfrom there!
One thing I would tell new moms & dads is enjoy time you have by yourself! & make sure to take as many pictures and videos as you can because I know everybody says this, but time truly does go on super speed after having a baby. Enjoy the moments when baby just wants to be held because those don't last forever! Lol
Cherish every moment, because children grow up fast.
Be careful what you say around them because young kids repeat everything!

Make sure to sleep when your baby sleeps because it is hard to get enough sleep with a baby around.
Take a rotation if you can so you always get some sleep–my husband lets me sleep from 9pm-1am and I pump before I do, so I always get some uninterrupted sleep.
Take time for yourself, do something for yourself to make you feel good. Recharge yourself by doing so and of course sleep when the baby sleeps
