I truly believe that every person should start saving money, don’t you? Even if it is the single mother with children who is working to afford her very first home in a great neighborhood. Or, the father who just wants to buy a new car or help their children with college tuition.  These are some of the areas that I focus on here at SimpleSavingsForATLMoms.net.  I provide “Simple“saving strategies to individuals who are just like me or once where I was in my life. I believe that “Everybody should Save Money” even if it is for their business, themselves or their family. This is my motto and I truly believe in it. I believe that every person can achieve great ways to save if they are willing to put in the effort to reach their financial goals.

I am a mother to two beautiful children with a frugal blog that I operate daily. I am originally from Louisiana and a career driven Complex Case Manager, RN.  An expert on Advocating Brands/Products to Consumers. I have worked closely with brands such as Shea Moisture, Suja Juice, Sprouts Farmers Market, Hair Yum, McDonalds, RedGold, Zico, McCormick, Zatarains, Moe’s, Best Buy, AMC Theater, Stars & Strikes, Turkey Hill, The Lip Bar and several others when I am not busy being a supportive mom to my children. I am very busy providing saving strategies and empowering others to take better control of their finances. I teach several fun and inspiring techniques on saving money including how to reduce grocery debt through use of coupons that was learned since the age of 12. One of my missions is to help others save $10,000-$15,000 in a year. This could be the money for a down payment on a new home, car, college tuition fees, stockpile, etc.

I am one of Atlanta’s sought out Savings Strategist, Coupon Class Instructor, Frugal Topic Writer and Consultant. I have developed several Couponing For Charity programs to help homeless women, children, men and veterans to help recover from their hard times. My couponing tips have placed me in the Voice Boks Money Saver Edition Top 10 blogs and among 6 of the Best Coupons Daily Online Coupon Classes. I have been interviewed by Blog Talk Radio (Sol Searching) and Dealspotr. In addition, to my family responsibilities, I also freelance for the Atlanta Journal Constitution Bargain Hunter and Best Buy.

I am an avid consumer panelists for Synovate, Bzz Agent, Essence Insiders, National Consumer Panel and Jackson Research. I have thousands of readers and active social media couponers/savers in Atlanta and many other states. I am a graduate of a HBCU and hold a very competitive BS degree in Nursing from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College and Masters of Science in Health Care Administration from Bellevue University. I am a Certified Complex Case Manager with a Fortune 100 Insurance Company. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. I am a Health Care Faculty Instructor.

I try very hard to keep ways to save very “simple.”  Being able to afford what you need, building stockpiles, buying a new home takes consistency and dedication. I don’t show any deals or items just to brag, but to inspire others into ways they can save money.
