I am all about recycling and public transportation (or walking on foot!) 🙂
My best idea is just to DO anything, recycle, reuse, whatever it is. Nothing is too small.
My best tip is to involve the whole family from youngest to oldest. Each baby step leads into big steps by the end of the month. We all get together and compare notes on how much we have changed habits which were not eco-friendly.

My best tip is to just make small changes. Don't think you need to do something drastic to start the effort in going green.

What is your best tip is to recycle and reuse, and xeriscape your lawn. No, I'd rather not receive future Earth saving tips.

I have started switching to CFL bulbs
Switch to CFL bulbs inside and outside your home. They last so much longer than other bulbs.

my best tip is to choose one thing to change at a time. its easy to get overwhelmed!

recycle all that you can its good for the environment and saves you money on garbage bags too 🙂
My tip is to wash whatever laundry you can in cold water…and to only do laundry when you have full loads.
Thank you!
My best tip would be to think of it not as a sacrifice which it is not, but more of a "must do" to leave our children better off.

Recycle, recycle, recycle. Reuse, also.
It's all about the little changes…anything you can do is something!

Take it one small step at a time – like using reusable grocery bags!
I think buying at fleamarkets is my favorite way to help save the earth. It saves money and less ends up in the landfills. 🙂

Recycling definetly makes a huge difference !!!
There are so many ways to live green … so my best tip is to just do it … pick one activity and get started and then add to it. Avoiding plastic bags is a great one to start with and has a huge impact. Another "biggie" is to reduce … reduce everything … what we buy, what we use, what we eat … reduce. That will mean that there is less stuff which potentially gets tossed out and less stuff which needs to be manufactured (manufacturing uses a lot of natural resources). So simply cutting back on everything helps the earth. Yep … I'd love to receive Earth Saving Tips! Thanks!

Grow your own food!!!
think about everything you use, is it reusable? recyclable? repurposable? try to sustain on items from within a 200 mile radius of your home
i think do the best you can.. just do as much as you can and try not to compare to others.. cloth diaper.. recycle.. grow a garden.. do what works for you and helps the planet!
I try to bunch up errands so I've driving less. Not only does this save $ on gas but it helps emit less carbon.
Get into it gradually, a little at a time-start with bottles, plastics and cans and then once you've got that down, go with papers/magazines etc… and if you are feeling a bit more adventurous, simple household waste composting (esp. with red wigglers, my daughter loves watching them in the compost pile) is fun, it also provides a benefit for the garden too.
We recycle as much as we can and use our own totes when shopping.

Recycle as much as you can and use green products.
We've been using cloth napkins as much as possible instead of paper towels, I use a diva cup and cloth pads during my time of the month, and I plan on using cloth diapers with our next child.

Being green saves you the green. When you re-use (up cycle) you do not have to buy an item. When you replace your light bulbs, your heating and cooling goes down. Unplugging appliances means no vampire drain, so the electric bill goes down. Every green action saves you money and helps the Earth stay green.
The easiest is to use recycled bags.
ddon't buy bottled water
