Coupon Class: How to start back couponing?

Online Coupon Class ~ Day #8

Topic – I have limited time, how can I start
back couponing?

When you have limited time
in using your coupons, consider the follow suggestions to help get you back on
track:
*Set some small goals and
then a long-term goal on the reason you want to start back couponing. For example,
within the next 2 weeks, I want to save $30 from my grocery bill to use towards
gas.
*Find a coupon support
group of others who are using coupons frequently.  You can request to join the SSFAM couponers
group.
*Gather coupons for only
what you will need and if you want to gradually coupon for other family
members, church, organizations, etc. then you increase your grocery shopping
trips over time.
*Get your store’s grocery
insert before going to the store and quickly glance at what is on sale and what
you want to buy.  Go directly to my
coupon database, search to see if there is a coupon you can pull to use with
the sale {double your savings}. Set a time limit for this process.
Support is available to
help you get back to your goals of wanting to coupon.  Just remember to start slowly and gradually
build to your goals.
Question-
what time frame do you usually have for preparing to grocery shop + find
coupons?
Happy Couponing,

I also have trouble preparing for my trips. I usually just grab my binder and go, then later I hear of deals I missed. I really need to get more organized in the way I shop.

This is the area that I really need to work on. I do not do a good job on preparing for my trips, reviewing the ads, etc. I usually just try and find the time when i can.

Question- what time frame do you usually have for preparing to grocery shop + find coupons? I spend about 4 hours per week preparing to shop and clipping coupons.
