I really love random acts of kindness and this man from Michigan has brought some sunshine to this day of Coronavirus updates. An ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Registered Nurse by the name of Kaylyn Sanford was driving home from work and this kind soul payed for a full tank of gas for her. Simply amazing and he definitely is an angel in my books. As a RN, right now in this world, we need extremely more kindness towards all frontline healthcare and other industry personnel and he is definitely on a great path!
