Let’s face it, a lot of people are looking for ways to Save Money! Now there are so many social media
ways that you can do this. From following certain product businesses that you love on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and the web. If you haven’t heard, there is now #Periscope for your smartphones. It was purchased by Twitter in March, 2015. Download the app here today to your smartphone app store and see what it is all about. It does allow you to explore the world through someone else (from their smartphone) in a live broadcast environment anywhere you choose on your mobile device. Great right!
So let’s get to the topic ~ Ways to Save on #Periscope!
There are so many topics that you can find on Periscope and finding some tips on Saving is one! You know this is my focus for all of you. So here are just a few of my tips to help you Save while on #Periscope.
1. Download the Periscope app. and tell your friends who need to save. You can both join in live broadcasts, share with your twitter friends and periscope followers. Here is what is amazing, it is FREE (virtual high five)!
2. Follow #Frugal bloggers by their Twitter name on Periscope, like SimpleSavingsForATLMoms @SavingsATLMoms, @5minutesformom and @AmiyrahMartin and if you can’t make the live broadcasts, be sure to view the replays on katch.me/twitter name.
3. Follow some of your favorite product brands from Twitter on Periscope for updates on some of their products and ways you can save.
4. Check the live broadcasts for Frugal Topics and join the broadcasts to ask questions and learn more. You will find additional topics like, credit tips, healthy meal prep, couponing/saving (I share many tips on this), etc.
5. If you are a business, you can share simple ways that your customers can sign up for savings from your company including how customers can obtain Free samples, information on upcoming conferences similar to (D2Aspire.com), etc. Share upcoming new products and invite your viewers to ask questions about the product before they purchase. You can also ask viewers to decide upon which new product should be released first or where to obtain the product locally or online. Find some great example
6. Watch live broadcast using a WiFi connection to decrease any data charges on your smartphone bill (wink).
