I absolutely love interacting and talking with my fans and brands about many Frugal topics and sharing my wonderful Frugal stories. Join me on Periscope with all my wonderful viewers and Frugal newbies (currently 1,148) each and every single day “live” between 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. EST! Just last week alone, I have received so many wonderful “live” testimonials of viewers that have been helped with finding a job to help pay for a higher education, moms able to find more savings for themselves and their families and exceptional testimonials of some of the many wonderful tips that I share. Here are some tips to getting onto Periscope and joining me in my broadcasts:
My Periscope Tips:
1. Download the Periscope app from the Apple store or Google play store and sign up through your twitter profile or telephone number.
2. Search for SavingsATLMoms or Simple Savings For ATL Moms in the search box section.
3. Click follow
4. Join/View when you receive the Periscope notification alert that I am on.
5. Be sure to jump into the comments and tell me your name and state you are from. You will see all of the wonderful interactions and discussion of Frugal topics that I share including my very own, “FRUGAL NEWS you can use” tips at the beginning of my broadcasts before the major agenda.
6. If you have Twitter friends, Periscope friends or even Facebook friends, you can share my broadcasts with them only if you feel they would be interested in the topics.
7. Provide hearts within the broadcasts and on replays by double tapping on your phone screen. Note: You will not be able to provide hearts if you are watching from your laptop. I encourage you to join in live from your cell phone.
What not to do in my Periscope broadcasts:
1. No spamming, derogatory or bullying words in the comments as their are teenagers and children who are watching the broadcasts live or on replays of my viewers including my children. You will be blocked by pretty much every one watching including me.
2. Do not share links to your websites or products without the broadcasters permission. This is not the appropriate etiquette of Periscope in any viewers broadcast including mine and may cause you to get “blocked” immediately.
