I recently visited one of my favorite restaurants (Longhorn SteakHouse on the East-West Connector) on Thursday and let me tell you that me and my family had a great time. The service was impeccable! We had the best waitress (Jennifer). I will never forget her and her service. Jennifer anticipated our every need on drink refills, extras, etc. I will be sending in a comment to the restaurant and to the corporate office and of course I will let you all know the outcome. Kudos to you Jennifer! Keep up the great work.
I feel when you receive great service or even bad service, your voice should be heard. Yes, she received an excellent tip!
