In my local area, there is a Food Depot store located on the East – West Connector! I recently wanted a certain type of ice cream bars that I noticed on my last visit was not available. I was discussing this with the cashier and she had me to inform the manager. The manager was so polite that he walked with me over to see the type of ice cream I was referring to. He stated that he would get with the representative to request the type I was requesting to have in the store and available. It was a great customer service experience and I would suggest that if you are in a favorite grocery store and do not see a product you like, just request it from the store manager to see if they can order it for you. Way to go Food Depot! By the way, you can use manufacturer coupons at Food Depot.
