What is your mother or grandmother’s favorite leisure activity?

My answer:  For me, I will have to say watching old movies.  My mom loves the Carol Burnett show and I have to admit the show was definitely funny to me.  She always loved to watch shows or movies that would make her laugh. I
have definitely fallen into doing this same activity sometimes.

    My mom (RIP) was such an incredible person to know .She liked to help other that were in need.She loved to Garden and research.She excelled in college and i think she enjoyed it because i would see her always in the books or doing research and sometimes it made me a little upset because i never could grasps all that she did. Even though my mom was sick for many years she never let it stop her from staying busy.

    my mom loves to lay in the sun, wow she would spend hours out there if you let her, i remember so many times she would go out there one color and come back in so much darker, and she was so happy to have that time for herself. whenever we go to the beach she would just lay there and cook, never burned though. the rest of us would

    It doesn't sound relaxing, but my mom and grandmother, as well as all the other women in my family, loved to spend a warm afternoon stringing green beans together. We would all sit around and talk and break buckets of beans for canning. Work isn't so bad with a distraction like that

    My Mom is so special because even through out All the rough times in her life like having 12 surgeries in one year. She still helped a woman that she felt was worse of than her to prepare to die because this woman had terminal breast cancer. She made sure she had hospice and helped explain it to the other children. She also moved instead of by her own children to live near my grandma because she didn't feel she was getting appropriate care from my aunts and uncles (I know this to be true) so even though she has to take care of my dad that has Alzheimer she has be come the primary care giver for my grandma who is totally blind after having a large pituitary gland tumor removed. the people in the new area where she lives call her the rescuer because if she has it in her to help even if it is on short notice she is their.

    My mom loves to watch movies too. Downloaded action movies is what she loves to watch. One of her favorite of all times is the Bond Movies.
