Steps to applying Lipstick?

Do you have a favorite lipstick for the spring?  Do you love colors? What type of colors do you enjoy the most?  I personally love neutral to soft colors.  When you are applying your lipstick, be sure to choose a color that really compliments your skin tone.  There are many different brands and the ones that I love the most are Mary Kay, Wet-N-Wild, LOREAL and a few other brands.  

How to apply lipstick:

You will need 

Lipstick

Lip balm (dry lips)

Lip stick brush

Lip gloss

Make sure that you lips are clean.  If you use a lip brush, make sure that it is clean and rub the brush from side to side on the lipstick. Apply the lipstick with the lip brush onto your lips. You can start outwards and apply around the center of the lips and move outwards.  Be sure to place on the amount that you want. Fill in the rest of your lips.  Blot your lips together and move lips together from side to side to even it out.  Blot off any excess. Apply a second layer if you need it. As a finishing touch, you can add the lip gloss with the same steps (but be careful that it is not to much shine).

*Use the lip balm after cleaning and before applying lipstick if your lips are dry.
