    Today I cooked my Father who lives with me his favorite breakfast of Bacon, Hashbrowns and eggs with fruit! I also cooked him his favorite dinner of Roast Beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetables and a Father's Day cake! My Father really loved his special day. I did not mind making his day special because he has always been there for me and he is still there for me helping me out emotionally even though he is 81 years old!

    My dad lives in NJ and I'm in OH. I miss him dearly! But every year I send him a card usually one that says, "From your little girl" or "From your Princess" Real tear Jerkers, I have to translate it into Italian for him, or he won't understand a word of it! But as soon as I wake, and it's quite early, I call him and wish him a very happy father's day, and I let him no how much I love him and miss him!

    i woke up my husband and we went to go see my father, they then went to their favorite coin place and bought some coins then we went to a florida state park where they have mermaid shows, they enjoyed it and so did all of us, we had a great day, water slides and mermaids. awsome. now he is sitting here playing with his coins.

    we celebrated by having a cookout and spending time as a family with each other during this hecktic life we all live we try to get together during the holidays and birthdays to be able to spend time together as a family you never know how long someone will be with you as my grandmother always said you should always find time to say I love you and just to say hello…everyday..so today we were all together to celebrate a wonderful day Fathers Day….My dads name is John…thanks and Happy Fathers day to your family as well…greeneyesamytolley@aol.com

    Well, my boyfriend and I are many many miles here in Phoenix, AZ from our families, but I made sure to call my dad, Douglas, up in Michigan to wish him a Happy Father's Day and he was very happy to hear from me. My boyfriend is currently 2 hours from being home after visiting his brother in Louisiana for 2 weeks. The clutch in the car broke so his stay was extended by almost a week, then a tire went flat in Amarillo on his way home last night. They had severe storms go through so he is a little behind on time, but there is so much to be thankful for this year, that both men are safe and healthy! I ordered a card for my dad, which will end up being late, but it will certainly make him smile once it gets there as it is a reminder of how much of a support he has been throughout my life. I bought my boyfriend the grill he wanted along with a nice grill tool kit and a card from our furbaby boys, so he is getting a nice surprise when he finally gets home in two hours. We're going away to Scottsdale tonight to a very nice Hotel! Since I won $500 from Snapple I feel very blessed this Father's Day that I was able to purchase a phone since my boyfriend has his and I could call my dad today and also make my boyfriend's day a little brighter since we are on such a small budget!!

    We gave my Dad Richard a new outdoor umbrella and grill and chair cover, and I put together a new grill for him. We will make him one of his favorite dinners tonight.
