As you are getting ready for your Black Friday Shopping Trips, here are some tips you can use to help you during your shopping experience.
1. Create a list! {Research the store sales first before you head out on your shopping journey}
2. Wear layers of clothing including comfortable shoes. {You may be standing or sitting for hours, so you want to be comfortable}.
3. Be patient while waiting {Try not be rude and cut lines}, bring snacks and drinks {Consider a brown bag with sandwiches and drinks in pouches}.
4. Know when the store opens.
5. Does the store price match to competitions
6. Keep the receipt{In case you need to return an item}
7. Get a shopping partner {Someone who can help get items or stand in the checkout lines}. You may consider having someone to be at one store getting a sale item while you are at another.
8. Get there early {Determine if you are going to spend the night at the store}.
9. Change your cellphone or have a second battery charged.
10. Fill up your vehicle {Trying to find parking can be frustration and no one wants to run out of gas trying to get to a sale}.
11. Be kind and put on a smile {Kindness can get you a long way}.
12. Bring the store ads with you {Check for the sales ad to be in the Newspaper on the day of Thanksgiving or the Wednesday before Thanksgiving}.
Enjoy a great Black Friday worksheet that you can use when you shopping!

These are such great tips! I have gone Black Friday shopping once and promised to never do it again (anxiety, deep fear of crowds and confrontation) but from that one experience, I can definitely see why those hoping to go out this year should follow all the very valuable tips you laid out here, especially about making a list and wearing layers!

Great tips! I remember going BF shopping one year that I was pregnant and forgot to bring a snack with me, and nearly passed out. So embarrassing, lol! Great advice though, I'll have to remember your tips if I decide to go again this year, thanks for sharing!
