Since we are currently on home shut down and right now we can’t get together in specific gatherings, I have compiled a list of helpful tips to help you with an online Virtual Baby shower.

1. Decide upon what color theme you may want. This year, I have been seeing a lot of peach and greens. You decide because after all, it’s for you {smiles}.
2. Choose stores that are currently open for your Baby Registry or create a wish list of items from a combination of online or open stores. Amazon Baby Regsitry is one place that you can start. Plus you can get a FREE Welcome Box that is valued up to $35 when you register. Target also has a nice baby registry. Plus you can get a Free Welcome gift valued at up to $80 in items for baby.

3. Decide on your virtual baby shower date. Send out virtual invites from sites such as Paperless Post, Evite and more to all your friends, family and coworkers.

Virtual Baby Shower Tip – Gather all of your pregnancy photos and create a collage. You can use this as well for the invites. Find cute little games that you can play. Search on Google.com or Pinterest for creative game ideas.
4. Sign up on a virtual meeting platform such as Zoom. Be sure to read the safety guidelines for Zoom meetings. Try WebBabyShower. You can also sign up for Anymeeting for online meetings as well. Don’t forget about Skype, FaceTime, Slack, and Facebook live.
Gift deadline tip – Have all guests to send in their gifts by a specific date. They can even drop off your gifts to your home front porch. Keep your social distance. Instead of having food, consider having your friends grab specific restaurant gift cards that you enjoy the most.
5. Start your Virtual Baby shower party. Enjoy your games and have fun!
Virtual Baby Shower Game tip – The price is right {Gather a basket or diaper bag of different types of baby products (wipes, bottles, lotion, etc.). Hold up each item in front of your computer monitor and everyone needs to guess how much the item is. The person with the closest price wins the prize. Allow each person to guess but only one at a time.
