When I shop for groceries, it is important for me to read through the grocery store sales ad to find some really great deals for my upcoming week or weekend. Here are my Top 5 Ways to Save from Kroger and Publix grocery store sales ad.

1. Review for coupons online on the Kroger and Publix website that you can add a coupon to decrease savings.
2. Sign up for the weekly grocery newsletters for previews of the upcoming weekly sales. Compare what’s on sale with the weekly coupon inserts from Red Plum, SmartSource or P&G to increase your stock product.
3. Always take advantage of the BOGO {Buy One, Get One} deals! I currently use these deals to increase my stock, provide to charitys, etc. Publix usually has weekly BOGO deals. Be sure to use coupons with your BOGO deals for even more savings.
4.  Download and save on FREE product items from Kroger. Usually every Friday, Kroger has a wonderful product that is available to download to your Kroger loyalty card for FREE! That’s right, I have received many FREE products and I share every single one with all of my readers.
5.  Publix has coupons in their grocery store sales ad to use. Make sure to review for the products and save  additional money by using a manufacture coupon with the publix coupon.
