Let’s face it, the holidays are here whether you like it or hate it! Be sure and check your mood before you leave your house. If you have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, get yourself into a better mood by considering these 3 tips:
Take a warm bath – use some of your favorite bath stress relieving products (I have found some vegan and inexpensive products at T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Lush and other stores). Don’t forget to look for these products online as well.
Get out of the bed on the other side – if you feel that you have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, now is the time to get out of the bed on the other side and then restart your day.
Write it out – take some time and write out all your thoughts in a journal. It can be mentally rewarding to write out your thoughts. It can clear your conscious.
